About Me

Brad Brizendine-0887 copy.jpg

Brad attended the University of Georgia, where he studied finance and law, and walked on to the Men’s Basketball team. After seven years in Athens, Brad returned home to Atlanta and began his career as attorney specializing in insurance defense litigation. Seeking to serve others in a different capacity, Brad eventually took a leap of faith and decided to pursue a degree in counseling. While still working as an attorney, Brad attended Mercer University and graduated with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As part of his clinical training, Brad interned at Dekalb Medical Hospital before later accepting a counseling position at The Lovett School. In addition to his primary role as counselor at Lovett, Brad also coached basketball, taught math, and assisted the Senior Chaplain. Brad still maintains a wide variety of interests but is most passionate about working with clients in their time of need. When not in the office, Brad enjoys reading, traveling, sports, and spending time with his family.
